Good customer service at the till however we bought a long heavy coat and unfortunately there wasn’t a carrier with handles so it was very difficult to carry as the memeber off staff put it in a heavy brown bag that is usually used when ordering online. It was really hard and heavy to carry especially with it being a big heavy coat. Seemed odd there was no carrier bags for the larger items that really need a bag.
