Phoned beforehand to check if item wanted was in stock. Very helpful young lady confirmed it was, offered to put it aside for me and then clearly explained the store's whereabouts. Came to the store and was looked after a young man, also very helpful no pressure to buy item, just pleasant and helpful. My first time as a customer. Very positive experience. Happy to return and to recommend
