Staff not interested and busy gossiping. My daughter and me wanted to buy a coat which we did eventually. We were in the shop for 45 mins and no assistant came to help. I complained to the manager who said they were short of staff due to Covid. They were not short staffed but just disinterested and I made this point to the manager. Worst experience I have ever had. Did not even greet me or my daughter.
